This permitting effort for a new development above Winthrop proposes 48 rental homes set around an outdoor commons area. Set in a spectacular eastern Washington landscape with views in all directions, the project includes an extensive trail system, bioswales along roads, and special consideration for existing and future utility infrastructure.
