Cedar Avenue North is a family housing project that expands the Westend Apartment complex, including 26 new units. The site includes frontage planting, a rock mulch “river,” and arcing walkways on the west side of the property, buffer planting on the north, and a series of individual BBQ and seating areas on the east.
