Status On the Boards

This new five-story building will include 60 family homes, community and office space, and a childcare facility. An entry plaza and streetscape with seating, bike racks, and plantings will welcome residents and guests. A childcare play area will fill the center of the site. A side patio with a bioretention planter will act as a staff break area and stormwater feature. A large rooftop deck and greenroof trays will cover the roof to provide private space for residents with incredible views of the surrounding neighborhood.
