The Elizabeth Thomas Homes development provides affordable homes plus ground-level service providers and retail space. An engaging site design connects residents to the surrounding community while providing safe and private gathering and play space. The project maximizes planting and bioretention planters to soften and enliven the outdoor spaces. A rooftop deck with seating and planters offers family and community gathering space, as well as incredible views of the Rainier Beach neighborhood and beyond.
