Ethiopian Village provides a home for the Ethiopian population in Seattle, including a renovated community hall, new affordable senior housing, and a resource for Ethiopian immigrants. The site includes a vibrant entry plaza and an extensive bioretention facility elevated above and next to an open parking area below the building. Outdoor patios add social spaces to a cultural home that focuses on community and welcoming.
