Laurel Forest Apartments includes 56 new units of affordable senior housing and a childcare facility, creating a multi-generational environment to serve both groups. The project is set on a sloping site, where the lower main building entry welcomes residents and the upper entry welcomes children and their parents. A childcare play area and play storage structures sit next to an upper courtyard with seating and garden planters.
