The Hope Center provides safe and welcoming shelter and support for boys. Separate building wings for different age groups are reflected in separate outdoor spaces based on developmental needs and safety. Youth, young adult, and common areas include play lawns, a ball court, gardening opportunities, and gathering and picnic areas. Drought-tolerant plants amongst rock mulch areas serve as bioretention areas and for snow melt capture in this eastern Washington landscape.
