Skagit Family Housing provides 51 new family and farmworker homes amongst 5 buildings, all centered around a commons building and shared lawn, play, and gardening spaces. The complex is situated within a wetland and creek landscape near the Skagit River, and planting and restoration design played a big part in safeguarding and augmenting the existing natural features of the site.
