Trillium is a renovated apartment building providing affordable senior housing. Wayfinding and accessibility improvements create a clearer and safe entry experience for residents. A new stairway and pickup waiting area were added to increase welcoming and visibility to the building. A renovated community building is complimented outside by new raised planters for community gardening. Existing plantings across the site were augmented with native shrubs and trees.
